I grew up eating Frito Pie, a popular snack that combines Frito corn chips, no-bean chili, and shredded cheese. You can make a large serving plate, and everyone can share or take one with you by using individual-sized bags of Frito corn chips.
These can even be further customized with all sorts of toppings, like diced onions, salsa, sour cream or jalapeƱos. Not a fan of chili? Try our traveling taco recipe instead.
