Zucchini is a versatile vegetable that we eat regularly. It can be added to almost every part of the meal from appetizers to main dish to dessert.
Hands down our favorite way to eat zucchini is battered and fried. Of course, you need to dip it in buttermilk ranch dressing. It pairs well with french dips, pizza, steaks, and so many other meals.
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 egg
- Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Dip vegetables or meats into batter.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
